Nathan Eluyemi

If there is one thing to know about Nathan Eluyemi, it is that he solves problems. As both an investor and an operator, he has repeatedly been handed challenges that are complex, high-stakes, and resistant to easy answers — and he bridges the solution, whether technical, operational, or structural. A refusal to settle for “good enough” pulled him into entrepreneurship: first applying technology to real operational problems in oil and gas, then investing and advising across real estate, energy, manufacturing, and consulting. The breadth is evidence that the capability travels. Technology became his center of gravity, but the throughline never changed — building real-world solutions to specific industry challenges and holding them to a standard of excellence. His core edge is the bridge itself. Because he came up inside heavy industry and then built fluency in AI and technology, he can translate between the realities of the floor and the capabilities of the technology in a way few on either side can. It is why his solutions tend to outperform alternatives designed by those who understand only one half of the problem. And because he operates with extreme ownership, he stays in the businesses he backs — a principal, not a passive investor.

What He’s Built
Advanced manufacturing & industrial technologies.
He architected a Manufacturing Execution System — the operational backbone that digitizes and puts an entire plant’s data in one centralized platform while carving carbon footprint by minimum 70% — now in early commercial and landing its first enterprise deployment with a top-ten global manufacturer. His energy-sector background means the system reflects how the work is done on the floor, which is why it has outperformed solutions built by software vendors who have never stood in a plant. The near-term priority is executing that deployment and major scaling to additional manufacturers.
Energy infrastructure, cybersecurity & enterprise operations.
Nathan sets strategic direction and commercial development for a private-equity-backed, multimillion-dollar firm spanning commercial UAV data services, IT, Talent, Finance, and enterprise consulting. For fellow principal investors, their portfolios, and family-office holdings, the value is capital preservation — safeguarding the physical assets, data, and operational continuity those investments depend on, while combining capabilities and partners into risk-reducing offerings neither could deliver alone.
Artificial intelligence & advanced computing.
Nathan builds technology that solves operational problems for industries underserved by enterprise software. The first, a workflow-automation platform for small and mid-sized businesses, is in early commercial deployment, with near-term priorities on deepening the product, meeting enterprise-grade security and compliance standards, and scaling adoption ahead of its next institutional raise. The second, an AI-driven platform bringing precision to estimating, field operations, and machine-assisted measurement in a large, traditionally low-tech services industry, is in active build, focused on bringing its core platform and AI measurement engine to market.
Real estate & multi-industry investment.
Through LUME Group, his principal investment and advisory entity, Nathan established real estate portfolio across the Gulf Coast markets, built through diverse strategies and now focused on transitioning into multifamily and commercial development. Beyond property, LUME takes principal positions and co-invests across energy, manufacturing, and technology. It is the platform through which Nathan allocates his own capital and advises other principals on theirs.
