Mr. Magolske is a Professional Engineer, attorney, and business executive with more than 35 years of experience in corporate strategy, finance, operations, and business development. Throughout his career he has held senior leadership positions in public and private companies across biotechnology, mining, energy, transportation, and manufacturing, leading acquisitions, strategic partnerships, international joint ventures, and capital raising initiatives.

He previously served as Vice President of Corporate Development and Marketing for Augusta Resource Corporation and Wildcat Silver Corporation (early-stage companies with strong exits) and held executive leadership roles with FreightCar America, Trinity Industries, and Thrall Car Manufacturing, where he was responsible for business development, strategy, acquisitions, and international expansion. In parallel with his role at Artin Bioscience, Mr. Magolske has been an active investor in early-stage life science companies for over a decade, with a particular interest in transformational technologies that address significant unmet medical needs and improve patient outcomes. He is passionate about bridging the gap between scientific discovery and clinical impact, helping innovative therapies reach patients who have few treatment options. Mr. Magolske founded Artin Bioscience with the vision of translating innovative science into therapies that can meaningfully improve patients' lives. The company is currently advancing programs across pulmonary vascular disease, respiratory medicine, and immunology, with a focus on developing novel treatments for diseases where existing therapies remain inadequate. Mr. Magolske holds a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering Technology from California State Polytechnic University, an MBA from the Colgate Darden Graduate School of Business at the University of Virginia, and a Juris Doctor from Loyola University Chicago School of Law. He received his registered Professional Engineer License from the State of California and has served on several corporate and nonprofit boards.
